Maximum adult weight is 75 pounds.
Pet rent is in addition to the rental amount on lease agreement.
Pet fees are non-refundable and not considered a security deposit.
Sorry, no exotic or aggressive pets are allowed.
Breed restrictions apply, and include, but are not limited to: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Malamutes, Korean Jindos, Presa Canarios, Huskies, and Wolf Hybrids.
Any mixes of the foregoing breeds are also prohibited.
